Rappelez-vous que la circoncision est semblable \u00e0 une coupure. Il y a beaucoup de facteurs influen\u00e7ant la gu\u00e9rison, mais le plus important est de se rappeler que chaque enfant gu\u00e9ri diff\u00e9remment.<\/p><p>Tout d\u2019abord, le bord coup\u00e9 se referme et le saignement cesse au bout de quelques minutes, heures ou m\u00eame au cour de la journ\u00e9e. La zone juste en dessous du gland (surtout du c\u00f4t\u00e9 ant\u00e9rieur) enfle. Cette inflammation se r\u00e9sorbera au bout d\u2019une ou deux semaines. Dans les deux premiers jours, le gland peut para\u00eetre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement jaun\u00e2tre et in\u00e9gal \u00e0 la surface. Ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sont un type de galles et sont normalement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s quelques jours, la zone de l\u2019incision est verte et jaune. Ceci n\u2019EST PAS du pus. C\u2019est le tissus de gu\u00e9rison. Il peut avoir cette couleur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux semaines apr\u00e8s la circoncision.<\/p><p>Vous remarquerez \u00e9galement que le gland devient rouge et brillant, parfois violet. Cela se produit car la peau recouvrant le gland d\u2019un p\u00e9nis non-circoncis est une membrane de muqueuse (comme l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de votre joue). Une fois expos\u00e9, la membrane de la muqueuse s\u2019\u00e9paissit (ou se k\u00e9ratinise), et, avec le temps, prend l\u2019apparence d\u2019une peau normale. Rappelez vous que les p\u00e9nis sont tous de formes et tailles diff\u00e9rentes. Alors que la plupart des p\u00e9nis reprennent une apparence \u201cnormale\u201d au bout de quelques jours seulement, d\u2019autres ne la reprennent qu\u2019une fois le p\u00e9nis commence \u00e0 grandir. De plus, m\u00eame si le p\u00e9nis peut para\u00eetre plus petit apr\u00e8s la circoncision, il ne l\u2019est pas! Cet aspect est essentiellement d\u00fb \u00e0 la relaxation de la peau entourant le p\u00e9nis qui, avant la circoncision, supporte le p\u00e9nis le rendant plus \u00e9rig\u00e9.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s quelques jours, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une semaine, quelques parents remarquent un gonflement du tissus muqueu derri\u00e8re ou en dessous de la t\u00eate du p\u00e9nis, ce qui, selon eux, ressemble \u00e0 une \u201campoule\u201d. Ce type de gonflement est normal. Ce n\u2019est pas une ampoule et cela va dispara\u00eetre graduellement. Avoir une cicatrice persistante due \u00e0 la circoncision est rare, m\u00eame s\u2019il y a un gonflement la premi\u00e8re semaine.<\/p><p>Par moments, une apparence non optimale se produit lorsque trop peu ou trop de peau a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9, ou plut\u00f4t lorsque la coupure de la peau est situ\u00e9e trop haut ou trop bas par rapport \u00e0 la longueur du p\u00e9nis. Cette derni\u00e8re situation est parfois caus\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019hydroc\u00e8le ou \u00e9rections du p\u00e9nis. Dans quasiment tous ces cas, le p\u00e9nis gu\u00e9rira normalement et, avec le temps, prendra une apparence normale. Si le b\u00e9b\u00e9 dort, vous pouvez simplement v\u00e9rifier les bords en avant de la couche. Si ce n\u2019est pas d\u00e9color\u00e9, il est probable qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de saignement anormal. Lorsque vous ouvrez la couche, il est normal que la gaze soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement color\u00e9e en rouge sur le dessus. Vous devez soulever la gaze pour v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un saignement actif seulement si la gaze enti\u00e8re est imbib\u00e9e de sang. Pour arr\u00eater le saignement actif, vous devez effectuer la m\u00eame m\u00e9thode que pour un doigt qui saigne:<\/p><ol><li>Effectuez une pression sur le p\u00e9nis durant 3 \u00e0 5 minutes, pas moins. Faites le en pla\u00e7ant le p\u00e9nis entre vos pouces et deux doigt, en utilisant un morceau de gaze avec de la Vaseline pour \u00e9viter de coller la gaze \u00e0 la peau.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s avoir appuy\u00e9, inspectez la zone pour v\u00e9rifier si le saignement persiste et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019\u00e9tape 1 si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><li>Une fois le saignement arr\u00eat\u00e9, appliquez une nouvelle gaze avec de la Vaseline et refermez la couche. Vous pouvez placer la petite gaze que l\u2019on vous a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la clinique (avec un peu de Vaseline dessus) sur le p\u00e9nis pour le restant de la p\u00e9riode des 24 premi\u00e8res heures. Si apr\u00e8s les 24h la gaze est toujours en place, vous devez la retirer.<\/p><p>Pour retirer la gaze:<\/p><ol><li>Appliquez de la Vaseline partout sur la surface \u00e0 d\u00e9coller.<\/li><li>Fermez la couche et laisser le bandage ramollir durant 10-15 minutes.<\/li><li>Doucement, retirez les bouts faciles \u00e0 d\u00e9coller.
